Key information

• Public/spectators: Free entry to view the display.
• Financial members: Free benefits whether or not you enter a bike — includes 1 BBQ lunch + drink and 1 raffle ticket.
• Bike registration: Required for anyone displaying a bike (see registration form below).
• Charity: Proceeds support Royal Rehab Hospital (Putney), Ryde.
• Extras: Additional meal coupons and raffle tickets available at the club tent.

Participation options

Concours d’Elegance (judged)

• Financial members: Free per bike entry.
• Non-members: $20 per bike.
• Each bike entry (member or non-member) includes 1 meal coupon (BBQ lunch + drink).
• Note: Financial members also receive lunch, drink, and a raffle ticket even if they don’t enter a bike.

Concours schedule

• 8:00–9:00am: Volunteers set up
• 9:00–9:30am: Concours bikes arrive
• 10:00–11:30am: Judging (arrival cutoff 10:00am)
• 12:00–12:30pm: Judges’ lunch
• 1:30pm: Trophy and raffle presentations
• 2:00pm: Event closes
• 2:15pm: Pack up

Show n Shine (casual, non-judged)

• Financial members: Free per bike entry.
• Non-members: $10 per bike.
• Each bike entry (member or non-member)
  Includes 1 meal coupon (BBQ lunch + drink).
• Note: Financial members also receive lunch, drink, and a raffle ticket even if they don’t enter a bike.

Show n Shine schedule

• 9:00–11:30am: Bikes arrive
• 1:30pm: Raffle presentation
• 2:00pm: Event closes
• 2:15pm: Pack up

• All Ducati and Italian bike owners are welcome.
• Please register your bike/s for Concours d’Elegance below.
• Food and drinks also available for purchase on site.
